  The viewing for my mom itself was very nice and everything looked very well presented. However the preparation was, to a large percentage, a disaster. Charlie Fisher was my main contact person there. He never showed up for the viewing to make sure everything was prepared and followed as it should have been. Also, he did not follow through with the arrangements that we went over. I was to arrive a half an hour beforehand to have that time with my mom alone as her son. If going through this experience wasn't hard enough, when I got there, two people who were not immediate family were already inside. When I asked what was going on, I found out that Charlie had not communicated the arrangements with any of the staff. For as expensive as this funeral home was, they made a ton of mistakes, due to Charlie's absence. When I went around to my family and friends and shared with them how much I paid, they could not believe how expensive it was. It is hard enough to go through a deep and close loss without not only being taken advantage of financially but also to not have your funeral go as planned. This is a total lack of care and responsibility on their part.

  During a hard time in my life they we're there for me. I lost my husband he was 29. They are the best place to go. So sweet and follow up after to make sure your ok.... Really don't go anyplace else.
